1 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하여 이르시되
2 내가 유다 지파 훌의 손자요 우리의 아들인 브살렐을 지명하여 부르고
3 하나님의 영을 그에게 충만하게 하여 지혜와 총명과 지식과 여러 가지 재주로
4 정교한 일을 연구하여 금과 은과 놋으로 만들게 하며
5 보석을 깎아 물리며 여러 가지 기술로 나무를 새겨 만들게 하라
6 내가 또 단 지파 아히사막의 아들 오홀리압을 세워 그와 함께 하게 하며 지혜로운 마음이 있는 모든 자에게 내가 지혜를 주어 그들이 내가 네게 명령한 것을 다 만들게 할지니
7 곧 회막과 증거궤와 그 위의 속죄소와 회막의 모든 기구와
8 상과 그 기구와 순금 등잔대와 그 모든 기구와 분향단과
9 번제단과 그 모든 기구와 물두멍과 그 받침과
10 제사직을 행할 때에 입는 정교하게 짠 의복 곧 제사장 아론의 성의와 그의 아들들의 옷과
11 관유와 성소의 향기로운 향이라 무릇 내가 네게 명령한 대로 그들이 만들지니라
12 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하여 이르시되
13 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 말하여 이르기를 너희는 나의 안식일을 지키라 이는 나와 너희 사이에 너희 대대의 표징이니 나는 너희를 거룩하게 하는 여호와인 줄 너희가 알게 함이라
14 너희는 안식일을 지킬지니 이는 너희에게 거룩한 날이 됨이니라 그 날을 더럽히는 자는 모두 죽일지며 그 날에 일하는 자는 모두 그 백성 중에서 그 생명이 끊어지리라
15 엿새 동안은 일할 것이나 일곱째 날은 큰 안식일이니 여호와께 거룩한 것이라 안식일에 일하는 자는 누구든지 반드시 죽일지니라
16 이같이 이스라엘 자손이 안식일을 지켜서 그것으로 대대로 영원한 언약을 삼을 것이니
17 이는 나와 이스라엘 자손 사이에 영원한 표징이며 나 여호와가 엿새 동안에 천지를 창조하고 일곱째 날에 일을 마치고 쉬었음이니라
18 여호와께서 시내 산 위에서 모세에게 이르시기를 마치신 때에 증거판 둘을 모세에게 주시니 이는 돌판이요 하나님이 친히 쓰신 것이더라
Bezalel and Oholiab
31:1 Then the Lord said to Moses, 2 “See, I have chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, 3 and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills— 4 to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, 5 to cut and set stones, to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of crafts. 6 Moreover, I have appointed Oholiab son of Ahisamak, of the tribe of Dan, to help him. Also I have given ability to all the skilled workers to make everything I have commanded you: 7 the tent of meeting, the ark of the covenant law with the atonement cover on it, and all the other furnishings of the tent— 8 the table and its articles, the pure gold lampstand and all its accessories, the altar of incense, 9 the altar of burnt offering and all its utensils, the basin with its stand— 10 and also the woven garments, both the sacred garments for Aaron the priest and the garments for his sons when they serve as priests, 11 and the anointing oil and fragrant incense for the Holy Place. They are to make them just as I commanded you.”
The Sabbath
12 Then the Lord said to Moses, 13 “Say to the Israelites, ‘You must observe my Sabbaths. This will be a sign between me and you for the generations to come, so you may know that I am the Lord, who makes you holy.
14 “‘Observe the Sabbath, because it is holy to you. Anyone who desecrates it is to be put to death; those who do any work on that day must be cut off from their people. 15 For six days work is to be done, but the seventh day is a day of sabbath rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day is to be put to death. 16 The Israelites are to observe the Sabbath, celebrating it for the generations to come as a lasting covenant. 17 It will be a sign between me and the Israelites forever, for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day he rested and was refreshed.’”
18 When the Lord finished speaking to Moses on Mount Sinai, he gave him the two tablets of the covenant law, the tablets of stone inscribed by the finger of God.
